Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Dream Owners Club website, including all content, media, events listings and store features made available on it (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

Dream Owners Club ("we", "us", "our") is an automotive lifestyle house brand operating as a media platform. Our activities include media and content production; the organisation of exhibitions, events and showcases; and the operation of a retail store. Any reference to "you" or "your" means the person accessing or using the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

Events and meets

Event details published on the Site (dates, locations, capacity and format) are provided for information and are subject to change without notice. Attendance at any Dream Owners Club event is at your own risk. Where an event requires registration, additional terms specific to that event may apply and will be provided at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including photography, video, text, the Dream Owners Club name, logos and emblem, is owned by or licensed to Dream Owners Club and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Store and merchandise

Products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

Delivery information

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. UK orders are sent via tracked delivery and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch; international orders are sent via a tracked international service and may take 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and local customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and are shown before payment is taken. We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other territories where selected at checkout. Any import duties or taxes applied on arrival are the customer's responsibility.

Returns information

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us via the Contact page or at info@dreamownersclub.com with your order number. You do not need to give a reason. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of you showing proof that you posted them, whichever is sooner. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

You may handle and try items as you would in a shop. If an item comes back with more use than that, for example worn, washed, damaged or with tags removed, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value. We will never refuse a refund only because the original packaging is missing.

The right to cancel does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

User submissions

Where you submit content to us, including via the contact form, mailing list or in connection with an event or photoshoot, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant us a licence to use it in connection with Dream Owners Club's activities, including on the Site and across our social channels, with appropriate credit where applicable.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and social media profiles, including those of photographers, collaborators and event partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Owners Club excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, attendance at events, or reliance on information published on it, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our practices. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Owners Club ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, get in touch, join our mailing list, take part in our events, or place an order through our store (the "Site").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address and telephone number when you submit the contact form, sign up to our mailing list, or register for an event. If you place an order, we also collect your shipping address and payment information, processed securely by our payment provider. If you submit content for a feature, shoot or article, we may hold your name and social media handle for credit purposes. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

How we use your information

We use the information we hold to process and fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, administer event registrations, send mailing list updates to those who have opted in, and improve the Site. We will only send marketing communications, such as event announcements and release updates, to people who have actively signed up to receive them, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, perform analytics, and understand how the Site is used. We will not use cookies for these purposes unless you accept them. You can choose which categories to allow via the cookie banner and preferences centre shown when you first visit, and you can change your browser settings at any time to block or delete cookies.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site, including payment processors and shipping partners, solely so they can deliver those services to Dream Owners Club, and under appropriate confidentiality terms. We will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

Children

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, email info@dreamownersclub.com and we will delete them.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. For example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list, for statutory record-keeping periods relating to orders, or for a reasonable period after an enquiry is resolved. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as set out below.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission of payment and personal data, to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
